IJF Logo
For a university exercise, I was tasked with creating a logo for the International Judo Federation that conveys movement and dynamism. To capture these qualities, I traced the silhouette of a judo practitioner and stylized it to resemble hieroglyphic art, adding a unique and dynamic element to the design.
The color scheme features red, symbolizing the sun and passion, and black, representing simplicity and elegance. Additionally, the traces within the logo subtly form the acronym “IJF,” incorporating the organization’s initials into the design.
This logo effectively blends traditional and modern elements to reflect the energy and spirit of judo while maintaining a clean and sophisticated aesthetic.
